Things you can do to help protect yourself
Avoid close contact with people who appear sick.
Avoid touching commonly used surfaces such as tables and doorknobs as much as you can, and disinfect them frequently.
Always cover your cough or sneeze, using a tissue if possible.
Avoid touching face, eyes or mouth.
Wash hands often with soap and water, especially after using the bathroom, coughing or sneezing.
If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer.
Stay home if you are sick.

Get plenty of sleep.
Be physically active.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Eat nutritious foods.
