With the Rams and the Vikings facing off on Thursday Night Football, we saw both Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua come back from their respective injuries, and we saw the Rams absolutely dominate the 5-1 Vikings. Takeaways from the game are: Kyren Williams is still a valuable asset in the run game, Cooper Kupp is back at it with 5 receptions on 8 targets for 51 yards and a touchdown, Puka Nacua is still him, hauling in 106 yards on 7 receptions, Justin Jefferson might be the best in the game, Aaron Jones has insane upside.
David’s top dogs:
Kyren Williams: 22.6
Justin Jefferson: 19.5
Cooper Kupp: 16.1
Mathew Stafford: 24.76
For Sunday’s game: who to start, who to bench, and who to cut.
QB
Start: Bo Nix he’s going up against Carolina, enough said
Bench: Geno Smith going up against a very tough Bills secondary and D-Line
Cut: Dak Prescott really got the 60 million dollar bag and decided to not play anymore
RB
Start: JK Dobbins going up against an ineffective run defense in the New Orleans Saints
Bench: Tony Pollard playing the Lions who have held running backs to less than 12 fantasy points in every game
Cut: Travis Etienne playing for the terrible Jacksonville Jaguars, not going to be good for a while
WR
Start: Tyreek Hill Tua Tagavailoa is back, and Miami is looking to regain its momentum
(Honorable Mention): Ricky Pearsal going to be WR2 in a very competitive 49ers vs Cowboys game
Bench: Jaxon Smith-Njigba against great Buffalo secondary, not even the first two options on the Seahawks
Cut: Chris Olave Derek Carr has a problem with this guy, he’s had 3.0 and -0.5 fantasy points in his last two games, and he has an insanely tough matchup against Denver. I doubt he’s going to recover, drop him or trade him now while he still has some value
